Privacy notice
What this website collects, and what we do with it
Short version: we collect what you type into the request form so we can answer you, and we count visits to this site ourselves. We do not sell anything, we do not use advertising trackers, and you can ask us to delete your information at any time.

The request form
When you send the form, we receive your name and phone number (required), and whatever else you choose to fill in: your email, your company, the service you need, the type and rough size of the building, and your message. We also record the date and time, the page you sent it from, and a scrambled (hashed) form of your IP address, not the address itself. That helps us spot spam and repeated submissions.
We use it for one thing: to get back to you about your request, and to follow up on the quote or the work that comes out of it. We will not add you to a mailing list.
Where it is kept
Requests are saved on the server that hosts this website, in a folder that is not open to the public. So that nobody waits, the details of your request are sent by email to Clean Well, and a notification is sent through the Telegram messaging service to Lightwell Works, the company that built and maintains this site.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertising networks, data brokers or anyone else who wants to market to you.
Visit counting
This site counts its own visits: which pages are viewed, how far down people scroll, how long a page stays open, which buttons they tap, such as “Call” or “Get a free quote”, and which site or link brought them here (for example a search engine, an AI assistant or the QR code on a business card). We keep only the name of that site, never the full address or what you searched for. If you send a quote request, that same source is saved with it. That information stays on our own server. There is no Google Analytics, no Facebook pixel, no third-party cookies and no outside tracking scripts.
To group the pages of a single visit, your browser keeps a random code in its session storage. It is not linked to your name, and your browser deletes it when you close the tab. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, we do not count your visit at all.
Like almost every website, our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) to keep the site running and secure.
Deleting your information
Email brandon@cleanwellpdx.com or call (503) 953-5237 and tell us the name and phone number you used. We will delete your request and let you know when it is done. You can also ask us for a copy of what we have.
